Designed the visual identity and full suite of collateral for a 2,500+ attendee event, including large-scale signage, printed agendas, media kits, and a sponsorship prospectus. Researched local culture to infuse New Orleans’ vibrant energy into materials while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborated with designers and print vendors to manage timelines, production, and on-site installation, improving attendee experience with clearer wayfinding and cohesive presentations. Received strong feedback from attendees, sponsors, and the client for a polished, engaging, and seamless event experience.
