After Aston Carter’s split from Aerotek, I led the visual direction for a full rebrand—transforming a cold, corporate look into a bold, human-centered identity. We introduced a vibrant palette, authentic imagery, and cohesive design across all channels, launching 30+ new web pages and a monthly report reaching 7,000+ clients, setting a new creative standard across Allegis Group. The refreshed identity elevated the brand’s credibility and connection, creating a stronger bridge between talent, clients, and the Aston Carter mission.
