Fourever Lane Boutique was seeking a brand manager to elevate its online presence and strengthen its identity in a competitive e-commerce space. The role called for a hands-on designer and strategist to lead visual branding, oversee social media, and develop cohesive marketing campaigns that resonated with their target audience and reflected the boutique’s unique style.​

My role

Served as a brand manager for Fourever Lane, an e-commerce boutique, overseeing visual identity, social media strategy, art direction for product shoots, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and engage target audiences.

Challenge

At Fourever Lane, the business was solely run by the owner, who had strong sales instincts and relied heavily on Instagram Lives and a loyal base of repeat buyers. However, without a clear brand strategy in place, the boutique lacked consistency and long-term growth planning. My challenge was to introduce structure and streamline marketing efforts through brand recognition and design.

Process

I led the development and implementation of brand guidelines to bring consistency across all channels. This included establishing standards for photography and video content, refining the visual style for social media, and introducing a structured content calendar and scheduling system. I aligned Shopify product drops with cohesive campaign visuals, strengthened brand recognition through consistent messaging, and laid the foundation for future digital advertising efforts.

 

Results

As a result of implementing cohesive brand guidelines and streamlining content across photography, video, social media, and Shopify drops, Fourever Lane saw a boost in engagement and growth. During my time there, we saw a noticeable increase in both orders and social media following. The brand’s improved consistency and professionalism helped strengthen customer trust, attract new audiences, and lay the groundwork for more effective marketing efforts.​
